    Beautiful items, horrendous packing and shipping

    I was flabbergasted when my 2 sweaters ($1000) arrived. They were balled up and wrapped in brown paper and tape. There was nothing protecting the sweaters and it is a miracle that I did not slice through them when I was cutting open the package. I am all about minimal packaging for the sake of dear Mother Earth, but this was ridiculous. I wish I had had the presence of mind to take a photo.
